-dub it on afterwards - get them to re read the lines afterwards, and mix then.
-Give them both small button mikes
-let them both walk away somewhere quieter (the toilets? a corridor?) and talk. - This bit could then conceivably be filmed elsewhere where its quiet - mix on muffled club sounds afterwards.
-speech bubbles?

Try shooting from a distance at an elevated level with the actors just mouthing the dialogue, adding the actual in post. You could also eliminate any headshots, and use posturing to convey your point, again adding the dialogue later. - just a suggestion..

We just shot a scene in a nightclub called Insomnia, which we had the use of on a Sunday afternoon. We also had a band on stage called The Pink Torpedoes ( www.pinktorpedoes.freeserve.co.uk ). We first shot the band playing along with a CD recording of the band so we can sync it in later. We then filmed a sequence of the scene in silence because we thought it would look kinda funny if there was subtitles of the dialogue while the band belts out a superb tune (called Never say Die, downloadable from their site!). Because the scene was meant to be a surreal-like dream we just shot one key line of dialogue. All this will have shots of a crowded dancefloor (shot on a busy friday night, us predending to other people in the club that we were from MTV!) and shots of the band cut together with the Track synced in later.
